Common questions
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. We prorate the difference, so you only pay for what you use.
What happens to my forum if I cancel Pro?
Your forum keeps running on the free plan. Custom domain stops resolving (you can add it back if you re-subscribe), and the "Powered by Forumera" footer comes back.
Do unused AI credits roll over?
Bonus credits included with Pro reset each month. Credits you buy in packs never expire.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
The free plan is generous on its own, so we don't gate Pro behind a trial. If Pro doesn't work out, you can cancel within 30 days for a full refund.
