Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Forumera, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Account registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Forumera for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these terms. Specifically, you may not use Forumera to:

- Post, share, or distribute illegal content of any kind - Post content that exploits or endangers minors in any way - Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users - Post content that promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm - Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software - Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages - Infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights - Impersonate another person or entity - Collect or harvest personal data from other users without consent - Sell or promote illegal drugs, weapons, or other regulated goods - Engage in fraud, phishing, or other deceptive practices - Circumvent security measures or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service - Post sexually explicit content involving minors (zero tolerance, reported to authorities) - Promote or incite discrimination or hatred against any group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these rules, without prior notice. We may report illegal activity to law enforcement authorities where required or appropriate.

Forum owner responsibilities

If you create a forum on Forumera, you are responsible for moderating the content posted by your members. You must ensure your forum complies with applicable laws and these terms. Forums that consistently host prohibited content may be removed without notice. Forum owners must respond to moderation requests from Forumera staff in a timely manner.

Content ownership

You retain ownership of the content you post on Forumera. By posting content, you grant Forumera a non-exclusive license to display, store, and distribute your content as part of operating the service. You may delete your content at any time.

Service availability

We aim to keep Forumera available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.

Payment and subscriptions

Some features of Forumera may require a paid subscription. Prices are displayed before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our privacy policy.

Limitation of liability

Forumera is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forumera and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify users through the service or by email. Continued use of Forumera after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes will be resolved in Finnish courts.
