Admin dashboard overview

The admin dashboard is where forum owners and admins manage their forums, monitor activity, and keep the community healthy.

Dashboard home

On the dashboard home, you typically see:

• A snapshot of your recent activity.
• Quick access to the forums you own or admin.
• Links to key areas like messages, moderation, and settings.

This gives you a single place to start when checking in on your communities.

Activity and content

The dashboard usually surfaces:

• Recent threads and posts you've started or participated in.
• Activity across forums you manage.
• Shortcuts to resume moderation or admin tasks.

This makes it easy to pick up where you left off, instead of hunting through individual boards.

Messages and invites

From the dashboard you can quickly jump to:

• Your messages inbox for private conversations.
• Your invites inbox to review membership and role invitations.

Admins often switch between these and the forums list when coordinating with other team members.

Forums you manage

The dashboard lists the forums you own or administrate, with quick actions to:

• Open the forum as a member.
• Go directly to structure management.
• View analytics and key metrics (where available).
